Once the job is completed on location, our work is only half done. Our Billing Department is the quality control extension of our Service Department. We are proactive in collecting pertinent documents and reviewing for accuracy and compliance. Every workorder is converted into an invoice according to customers policy. This process is performed quickly and efficiently. We have a short workorder to invoice cycle but we are thorough in our approach.
Invoicing Options
When we developed our proprietary invoicing system we did so with the our customers systems and procedures in mind. We can provide our customers with traditional paper invoices or electronic documents. An invoice can be singular for each job or as a summary invoice for multiple jobs. If you are using a web based program such as Service Channel, FM Pilot, Office Trax or JP Morgan your invoice and documentation can be uploaded and created on your web system.
